Thirty six objects spun from six original crafts. An experiment in artistic collaboration, and an exploration of traditional craft in a modern context; each artist chose a unique craft object, made copies for the others in the group and then mailed it to them to complete. The six collaborators, three Indian and three Australian, completed or ‘clobbered’ the pieces without being influenced by the original intent or function.
