Queanbeyan City Council is proud to present, as part of Stepping Up: 14th Australian Ceramics Triennale 2015, an exhibition by artists who are current, or former residents of Queanbeyan. Recently celebrating its 175th Anniversary, Queanbeyan typifies the quintessential Australian country town, but with the advantage of being on the border of the ACT with easy access to all that a capital city has to offer. A wide variety of artists live and work in Queanbeyan, drawn to the mix of residential, light industrial and rural lifestyle accommodation and studio options.
