We love the plastic properties of clay - pinching, slapping, rolling, darting, coiling, folding and forming. Investing context and content into this process keeps Bev Hogg engaged with the body and its meaning, often drawing in other materials or found objects.
During this demo she will construct shallow wall relief and freestanding sculptural forms, revealing and demystify the process of construction and modelling. Bev will work from inside out to achieve desired volume, form and surface.
