It often seems much harder to sell a single, small price ceramic work to a new customer than to sell a series of significant works to a regular buyer.
Anna Maas has constantly thought about this over her 30 years in the business and feels comfortable to say that it is all in the connection made between you and the customer and your established relationship, based on shared information, discussions, knowledge and trust. She will share with the audience some of her experiences.
